Louie Meletlidis Named CBTS Director of Cloud Strategy and Alliances
Technology sales and management executive Louie Meletlidis has been appointed as the director of cloud business strategy and alliances for CBTS. Meletlidis, a resident of Roseville, will focus on serving state and local government and education sectors. “I look forward to growing the unique CBTS services business, including a deeper focus on the California SLED industry,” Meletlidis stated in a LinkedIn post announcing his new role.
With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Meletlidis has held various sales management and executive roles at companies like Reltio, IBM, Dell EMC, ScreenBeam, VMware, Microsoft, and Veritas Technologies. His expertise primarily covers SLED, healthcare, and higher education. “I am excited to be part of this dynamic team and look forward to contributing my skills and experience to help drive the company’s growth,” he wrote.
Meletlidis emphasized the importance of collaboration, particularly with Microsoft, “As part of my new role, I will be working closely with my Microsoft friends to strengthen our partnership and explore new opportunities for collaboration.” He also encouraged his connections to look out for outreach aimed at exploring collaborative opportunities to achieve shared goals.
Educationally, Meletlidis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology from the University of Central Florida and possesses more than two dozen professional credentials and certifications. Beyond his professional life, he is active as a volunteer, notably with the Sacramento Men’s Support Group and as the group owner of the Nextdoor Autism Special Needs Group.
